舒适护理在手术室护理工作中的临床效果观察

目的探讨舒适护理在手术室护理工作中的临床应用效果。方法将140例手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各70例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行全方位的舒适护理。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价患者心理状态,并应用自制调查问卷对护理信任度和满意度进行调查。结果观察组SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,护理信任度及满意度均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为0低于对照组的4.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理中开展舒适护理,可使患者保持乐观情绪,提高配合依从性,确保手术质量,改善预后效果。

Effect observation of comfort care in the operating room nursing

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comfort care in the operating room nursing. Methods 140 cases operating room patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 70 cases. Control group was given with conventional care;On the basis of control group,observation group was given a full range of comfort care. Evaluated the psychological state of patients with anxiety rating scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS）. Investigate the care trust and satisfaction by a self-made questionnaire. Results The SAS and SDS score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group;the nursing trust and satisfaction of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group;The complication rate of observation group （0） was less than control group （4.29%）, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of comfort care in the operating room nursing can maintain an optimistic mood of patient, improve the compliance, ensure the quality of surgery, improve prognosis.
