依替米星注射液与左氧氟沙星注射液治疗急性肠道感染疗效观察

目的探讨依替米星注射液和左氧氟沙星注射液治疗急性肠道感染的有效性和安全性。方法将急性肠道感染患者108例随机分为治疗组和对照组各54例。治疗组给予依替米星注射液静脉滴注,对照组给予左氧氟沙星注射液静脉滴注。比较2组临床疗效和临床症状复常率、消失率及不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床疗效总有效率、临床症状复常率和消失率均高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依替米星治疗急性肠道感染安全、高效、不良反应少、使用方便,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of etimicin injection and levofloxacin injection in the treatment of acute gastrointestinal infection

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of etimicin injection and levofloxacin injection in the treatment of acute gastrointestinal infection. Methods 108 cases patients with acute gastrointestinal infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 54 cases. Treatment group received etimicin injection through intravenous drip, while control group was treated with levofloxacin injection. Compared the clinical efficacy, clinical symptoms normalization rates,the vanishing rate and the incidence of adverse reactions of two groups. Results The total effective rate and the clinical symptoms normalization rates, the vanishing rate of treatment group were higher than those of control group, the incidence of adverse reactions of treatment group was lower than that of control group, there were significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Etimicin injection demonstrated favorable efficacy and safety for acute gastrointestinal infection with no adverse reaction. Along with its convenience in clinical application, it is recommended for widely clinical use.
