消银颗粒治疗寻常型银屑病的临床观察

目的观察消银颗粒治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效及其安全性。方法将寻常型银屑病患者156例随机分成为治疗组和对照组各78例。治疗组予消银颗粒治疗,对照组予复方青黛胶囊治疗。2组疗程均为8周。治疗后比较2组临床疗效、不良反应及预后。结果治疗组总有效率为76.3%高于对照组的52.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组不良反应率为3.9%低于对照组的14.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组复发率为15.4%低于对照组的58.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消银颗粒治疗寻常型银屑病疗效显著,安全性高,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of xiaoyin particles in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and the safety of xiaoyin particle in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 156 cases patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 78 cases. Treatment group were treated with xiaoyin particle. Control group were treated with compound qingdai capsule. The course of two group was both eight weeks. After the treatment, compared the clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and prognosis of two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group（76. 3% ） was higher than that of controle group （52.0%） ,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The adverse reaction rate of treatment group（ 3.9% ） was lower than that of controle group（ 14.7% ）, the recurrence rate of treatment group （ 15.4% ） was lower than that of controle group （58.3 % ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Xiaoyin paticle in the treatmeat of psoriasis vulgaris has higher effective rate, lower recurrence rate and fewer adverse rate in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with xiaoyin particles.
