腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗异位妊娠临床观察

目的比较腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法 58例异位妊娠患者随机分为腹腔镜组和开腹组各29例。观察比较2组手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间。结果腹腔镜组手术时间、肛门排气时间、术住院时间均短于开腹组,术中出血量少于开腹组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜用于治疗有生育要求的异位妊娠患者创伤小,安全有效,且能降低持续性异位妊娠的发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of laparoscopic and open operation in treatment of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic and open operation in treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 58 cases women with eetopic pregnancy were divided into laparoscopie group and open operation group, each of 29 cases. Operation time,intraoperative bleeding, anal exhaust time and postoperative hospital stay in two groups were ohserved. Results Operation time, anal exhaust time and postoperative hospital stay in laparoscopic group were shorter than those in open operation group, the bleeding volume during surgery was less than that in open operation group, the difference were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Laparoscopie in treatment of ectopic pregnancy is safe and effective, less trauma, with early rehabilitation, is worthy of clinical application.
