摘    要:日益严峻的食品安全现状引起了社会各界的广泛关注和公众对我国食品安全监管的质疑。我们利用政治科学中的历史制度主义研究方法,分析我国食品安全监管历程,为探讨我国现阶段的食品安全监管改革提供更为立体化的历史视界。在此基础上,分析我国食品安全监管体制运转现状和制约因素,进而提出完善我国食品安全监管体制的一些建议。

The Analysis of the History and Current Situation of China's Food Safety Regulatory Pattern

Abstract:The increasingly serious situation of food safety has aroused widespread question on China's food safety supervision in the community and the public. The paper studied China's food safety regulation process in the method of historical institutionalism and provided more solid historical horizon for China's food safety regulatory reform at this stage. On this basis, the paper analyzed the current operation situation and restriction factors of China' s food safety regulation system. Then it gave some advice on the food safety supervision system.
