| 摘 要： | 从丙型肝炎早期肝硬化感染肺炎的患者的痰中分离出１株军团菌，分离株的培养特性、形态染色和生物学特征、电镜观察所见均符合军团菌的特点，气相色谱分析表明，含有军团菌特异组分──口异十五烷酸，利用嗜肺军团菌特异引物对分离菌染色体ＤＮＡ进行聚合酶链反应，得到嗜肺军团菌特有的７８０ｂｐ片断，血清学分型为５型。

| Abstract: | he authors reported the isolation of a strain of Legionella Pneumophila(LP)from a patient with nosocomial Pneumonia who suffered from chronic and activc hepatitis with early hepatocirrhosis.The characteristic of the isolate in culture, Morphology staining and structural components demonstrated by electron microscope were consistent with the properties of LP. The results of analysis with chromatography proved that the isolates have a special component lspoentadecylic acid,Which is pos-sessed by LP. |
