保健食品中铅和砷污染状况分析及评价

摘    要:通过对 2 4 1件送检保健食品中铅和砷监测结果进行分析 ,从原料来源以及包装剂型等因素对铅和砷污染状况进行了分析及评价。结果发现不同原料的保健食品中铅的含量依次为植物类 >钙制剂类 >动物类 >营养素补充剂类 ,砷的含量依次为植物类 >钙制剂类 >营养素补充剂类 >动物类。无论是铅还是砷 ,含量最高的都是以植物为原料的保健食品 ,其次是钙制剂类产品。不同剂型的保健食品中铅的含量依次为胶囊 >固体饮料 >片剂 >饮液 ,砷的含量依次为胶囊 >片剂 >固体饮料 >饮液。无论是铅还是砷 ,含量最高的为胶囊类产品。进一步分析发现植物性原料是引起保健食品中铅和砷含量高的主要原因 ,而胶囊本身并不是引起铅和砷污染的主要因素

Abstract:The contaminated status of lead and arsenic in 241 health foods were analyzed at affected factors concerned such as the raw material (plant, animal,calcium and nutriment-supplement) and the dose type (capsule, pill, drink and soliddrink). The results indicated that the content of lead and arsenic in health food in order of different raw materials was plant>calcium>animal>nutriment-supplement for lead and plant>calcium> nutriment-supplement> animal for arsenic respectively. The highest content of lead and arsenic was found in the health food from plant materials and the next was found in the health food from the calcium. The content of lead and arsenic in health food in order of different dose types was capsule>solid drink>pill>drink for lead and capsule>pill>solid drink>drink for arsenic respectively.The highest content of lead and arsenic was found in the health food of capsule. The principal reason of contaminated of lead and arsenic in health food was the raw materials but not the capsule by more analysis.
