肾实质切开联合气压弹道碎石治疗肾内型肾盂鹿角形肾结石

目的探讨肾实质切开联合气压弹道碎石治疗肾内型肾盂鹿角形肾结石的临床疗效和操作体会。方法自2007年5月至2008年12月采肾实质切开联合气压弹道碎石治疗肾内型肾盂鹿角形肾结石6例。结果结石取净率为83.5%,患者术后恢复良好,均无并发症发生。结论采用肾实质切开联合气压弹道碎石治疗肾内型肾盂鹿角形肾结石,有减少肾功能损害及术中出血量,降低复杂肾结石的手术难度和手术风险,降低结石残余率等优点,且气压弹道碎石机是输尿管肾镜及膀胱镜配套设备,不需另外购买,可一机多用,值得推广应用。

Renal Parenchyma Incision Combined Pneumatic Lithotripsy Treatment of Renal Pelvis Staghorn Calculi Type

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and operating experience of renal parenchyma incision joint pneumatic lithotripsy treatment of renal pelvis staghorn calculi type.Methods From May 2007 to Decemder 2008,6 cases of kidney stones were treated by renal parenchyma incision combined with pneumatic lithotripsy of renal pelvis staghorn type.Results The net rate of stones was 83.5%,patients were in good recovery and no complications occurred.Conclusion Renal parenchyma incision combined with pneumatic lithotripsy treatment of renal pelvis staghorn has the advantages of a decrease in renal damage and blood loss volume,reducing the difficulty of complex kidney stones surgery and surgical risk,lowering the rate of residual stones,etc.Pneumatic lithotripsy machine,the equipment of ureterorenoscopy and cystoscopy,needs no other purchase and can be used as more than one machine,which deserves promotion in clinic.
