单采血小板与手工分离血小板的质量比较

目的:对单采血小板和手工血小板的含量进行检测,评价两种血小板的质量。方法:对197袋手工血小板、77个治疗量的单采血小板进行血小板、RBC和WBC含量检测,了解其达标情况;对76例输注患者根据临床症状进行疗效评估。结果:单采血小板的血小板平均含量为(2.23±0.54)×1011,合格率为74.03%;手工血小板平均含量为(0.62±0.13)×1011,合格率为84.26%;两种血小板的RBC平均含量超过质量标准,WBC平均含量低于质量标准。输注单采血小板和手工血小板的患者分别有87%和80%能够明显改善症状。结论:手工血小板计数含量高于单采血小板,临床疗效与之接近,在临床上可合理充分使用。

Comparison the quality of platelet concentrate and pheresis platelet

Objective:To evaluate the qualities of platelet concentrate(PC) and pheresis platelet by detecting their concentration.Methods:The count of platelet,RBC and WBC were enumerated in PC(197) samples and pheresis platelets(77).The clinical effects were evaluated by clinical symptoms in 76 patients.Results:The eligible rates of platelet counts for pheresis platelet (2.23±0.54×1011) and PC (0.62±0.13×1011) samples were 74.03% and 84.26% respectively.The average concentration of RBC was higher than quality standard,while WBC was lower than it in both the two kinds of platelet products.Obvious improvement of clinical symptoms for PC and pheresis platelet was 80% and 87% respectively.Conclusion:Platelet counts of PC were superior than pheresis platelet,while the clinical effects were similar to it.So PC may be scientifically selected for clinical use.
