静止性肝硬化对腹腔镜胆囊切除术的影响

目的 :探讨静止性肝硬化对腹腔镜胆囊切除术 (LC)的影响 ,并研究预防方法。方法 :回顾 18例静止性肝硬化的临床资料 ,就其表现特点、对LC的影响和采取的对策进行分析。结果 :手术操作困难 4例 ,肝床出血 2例 ,术后胆囊床局限性积液 2例 ,出现腹水 14例。全组均痊愈出院。结论 :静止性肝硬化表现隐匿 ,术前不易判断 ,对LC有一定的影响

Effects of inactive liver cirrhosis on laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective:To study the effects of inactive liver cirrhosis on laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) and take preventive methods according to the effects.Methods:The clinical data of 18 cases of inactive liver cirrhosis were reviewed retrospectively,according to their behaviors, analyseel their effects to LC and the measures were took.Results:It led to difficulty for operative procedure in 4 cases,liver bed hemorrhage in 2 cases,limited accumulated fluids in cholecyst bed occurred after operation in 2 cases,and 14 cases occurred ascites in different degree.All patients were all cured.Conclusions:The manifestations of inactive liver cirrhosis are concealment and are not easy to be judged before operation.This has a certain degree effects for LC,and must be paid attention to.
