直腿抬高训练对腰椎间盘突出症术后康复的影响

目的：探讨腰椎间盘突出症行髓核摘除术患者早期直腿抬高训练对术后康复的影响。方法：将120例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为实验组和对照组各60例。实验组拔除引流管后做直腿抬高康复训练;对照组术后第1周内适度下肢活动,术后7d后做直腿抬高运动。比较两组患者焦虑、抑郁发生率及治疗效果、治疗满意度。结果：实验组焦虑、抑郁发生率低于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;长期疗效治疗满意度实验组优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：腰椎间盘突出症行髓核摘除术者,早期行直腿抬高训练有利于患者的术后康复,提高患者的治疗满意度。

Effect of training of lifting leg straight on rehabilitation of the patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc after operation

Objective: To study the effect of training of lifting leg straight on rehabilitation of the patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc after operation.Methods: One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into experiment group(n=60) and control group(n=60).The patients were given training on lifting leg straight after extraction of drainage tube in experiment group,and the patients in control group were helped to begin moderate movement in the legs the first week after operation,and subsequently to do lifting training on the seventh day.The comparison was made in the incidence of anxiety and depression of patients,effectiveness and satisfaction.Results: The incidence of anxiety and depression of patients was significantly lower in experiment group than that in control group(P<0.05);effective outcome for long term was much better in experiment group than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: For patients with lumbar discectomy,early training on lifting leg straight after extraction is very helpful for postoperative rehabilitation and can also increase patient's satisfaction.
