无间隙护理模式在急性心肌梗死患者急诊急救过程中的应用效果

目的探讨无间隙护理模式在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者急救过程中的应用效果。方法选取海南西部中心医院急诊科院前急救救治的AMI患者102例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各51例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用无间隙护理模式。记录两组患者出诊反应时间、心电图时间、急救总时间及急诊入院时间,同时记录急救成功率、转运成功率及急救诊断率等。评估两组患者的焦虑及抑郁水平,并调查患者的护理满意度。结果试验组出诊反应时间、心电图时间、急救总时间及急诊入院时间与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。同时试验组患者急救诊断率、转运成功率及急救成功率与对照组相比显著升高,且试验组的SAS及SDS评分与对照组护理后相比明显减少,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),此外对照组和试验组的护理满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊急救AMI应用无间隙护理模式,可提高出诊效率,提高患者抢救成功率,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者诊疗满意度。

Emergency effect of the seamless nursing for patients with acute myocardial infarction in emergency

Objective To explore the emergency effect of the seamless nursing for patients with acute myocardial infarction in emergency.Methods A total of 102 patients with AMI received pre-emergency treatment in the emergency department of Hainan West Central Hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 51 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given no-gap nursing.The response time,electrocardiogram time,total emergency time and emergency admission time of the two groups were recorded.Meanwhile,the success rate of first aid,the success rate of transport and the emergency diagnosis rate were recorded.Anxiety and depression levels were assessed in both groups,and nursing satisfaction was investigated.Results The difference of response time,electrocardiogram time,total emergency time and emergency admission time between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the emergency diagnosis rate,transport success rate and first aid success rate of the experimental group were significantly increased compared with the control group,and the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were significantly reduced compared with the control group after nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the difference of nursing satisfaction between the control group and the experimental group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Application of seamless nursing in emergency procedures of AMI could improve the efficiency of visit,improve the success rate of patient rescue,relieve the anxiety and depression of patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
