我国磁外科研究中文文献计量学分析

目的:了解国内磁外科研究中文文献发表现状,探讨国内磁外科研究的热点和发展趋势。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)系列数据库、万方数据知识服务平台及维普期刊资源整合系统自建库至2019年9月30日发表的磁外科研究文献,应用Excel软件建立数据库,整理统计文献相关信息,从年度分布、期刊分布、地域分布、作者分布、机构分布、基金支持、研究类型、研究内容等方面对纳入的209篇文献进行统计分析。结果:磁外科研究文献自2010年以后呈现出明显增长趋势,文献主要分布于国内116种期刊,磁外科相关文献的116位通信作者分布在20个省(市)的69家研究机构,获省部级及以上基金支持的文献占文献总量的47.37%,临床研究类文献占文献总量的41.63%,研究内容为磁导航技术方面的文献占文献总量的61.27%。结论:国内磁外科研究中文文献数量呈明显的上升趋势和集中态势,但研究领域不平衡,发文期刊分散且基金支持不足,磁外科研究进一步发展尚有很大空间。

Bibliometric analysis of Chinese published researches on magnetic surgery

Objective To understand the current status of the related research literatures on magnetic surgery in China,and to discuss the hot spots and development trend of the research on magnetic surgery in China.Methods Totally 209 magnetic surgery literatures published in CNKI databases,Wanfang Data knowledge service platform and VIP journal resource integration system from the establishment of the database to September 30,2019 were retrieved.A database was established to arrange and summarize the information of the obtained literatures,and the literatures related to magnetic surgery were statistically analyzed from the aspects of annual distribution,journal distribution,geographical distribution,author distribution,organization distribution,fund support,research type and research content.Results The literatures related to magnetic surgery showed a gradual growth trend in recent years,and were mainly distributed in 116 kinds of domestic journals,involving 116 corresponding authors from 69 research institutions in 20 provinces and cities.The supported by provincial or ministerial funds or above accounted for 47.37%of the total.The proportion of clinical research literatures was 41.63%and the one of the literatures on magnetic navigation technique was 61.27%.Conclusion The research on magnetic surgery is on the rise in China,although has deficiencies in imbalanced research fields,scattered journals and insufficient fund support,and there is a long way for its further development.
