目的:对Ortho Vision Max全自动血型分析仪进行临床使用性能评价,确保仪器性能满足临床工作需求。方法:采用仪器配套试剂及耗材,选取临床样本及室间质评物,对该仪器血型检测及交叉配血实验的准确性,抗体出现凝集反应的最大稀释检出限,连续检测血型结果的精密度,高值样本对低值样本的携带污染情况以及对溶血、脂血、黄疸的抗干扰能力进行全面评估。结果:Ortho Vision Max全自动血型分析仪的准确性、抗体检出限、精密度、携带污染情况及抗干扰能力均达到相应标准要求,并与其他品牌血型分析仪具有良好的可比性。结论:Ortho Vision Max全自动血型分析仪临床分析性能良好,能较好地满足临床血型检测的需求。

Clinical performance evaluation of Ortho Vision Max automatic blood type analyzer

Objective To evaluate the clinical performances of Ortho Vision Max automatic blood type analyzer to meet requirements.Methods Clinical samples and interlaboratory quality assessment item were selected by using instrumental reagent and consumables.Comprehensive evaluation of the analyzer was executed over the accuracy of blood type detection and cross matching experiment,the maximum dilution detection limit of antibody agglutination,the precision of the results of continuous blood type testing,the carry-over due to high-value samples over low-value ones as well as the anti-interference ability against hemolysis,piarhemia and jaundice.Results The analyzer met standard requirements in accuracy,antibody detection limit,precision,carry-over and anti-interference,and gained high comparability with other brands of blood type analyzers.Conclusion Ortho Vision Max automatic blood type analyzer has high clinical performances,and thus can be used for clinical blood type detection.
