糖尿病患者的自我血糖监测和社区管理的效果评价

目的探讨对糖尿病患者予自我血糖监测和社区管理后对其血糖控制的效果。方法将64例在我社区中心就诊的2型糖尿病患者随机分为SMBG组和对照组各32例,2组均进行常规药物治疗和定期复诊,SMBG组在此基础上予自我血糖监测和社区管理措施,持续1年。观察2组患者的症状性低血糖事件及心脑血管事件的发生率及血糖控制情况。结果 SMBG组的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白均明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）,SMBG组的症状性低血糖事件的发生率也低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论自我血糖监测和社区管理可有效控制糖尿病患者的血糖,减少并发症,提高患者的生活质量。

Evaluation of self-monitoring of blood glucose and community intervention on patients with diabetes mellitus

Objective To evaluate the effect of blood glucose self-monitoring and community intervention on patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 64 patients with type 2 diabetes in our community were divid-ed into the SMBG group （ 32 cases） and the control group （ 32 cases） ,all were treated with regular drugs,physical and blood examination,patients in the SMBG group were treated with blood glucose self-monitoring and community intervention. The level of blood glucose,hypoglycemia and major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events in two groups were observed. Results The levels of fasting glucose,postprandial glucose and haemoglobin A1c were significantly lower in SMBG group than those in control group （ P 0. 01）. Hypoglycemia in SMBG group significantly decreased than those in control group （ P 0. 01）. Conclusion Blood glucose self monitoring and community intervention can help patients with diabetes mellitus to control their blood glucose,decrease the complications,and promote the life quality.
