宫颈不同形态尖锐湿疣与HPV亚型的关系

目的　探讨宫颈不同形态尖锐湿疣与人乳头瘤病毒 (HPV )亚型的关系。方法　对 86例宫颈尖锐湿疣采用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)分析HPV亚型 ,超微病理观察宫颈尖锐湿疣的病理变化。结果　扁平形宫颈尖锐湿疣 ,HPV 6 /11感染率 ( 81.2 % )明显高于HPV 16 /18感染率 ( 8.7% ) (P <0 .0 1) ;乳头形宫颈尖锐湿疣 ,HPV 16 /18感染率 ( 6 4.7% )明显高于HPV 6 /11感染率 ( 17.6 % ) (P <0 .0 1)。病理变化 :扁平形宫颈尖锐湿疣主要为挖空细胞 ,分化程度较高 ;而乳头形宫颈尖锐湿疣主要为细胞核的病理改变 ,其分化程度较低。在具有挖空细胞的宫颈尖锐湿疣中 ,HPV 6 /11感染率( 83 .8% )明显高于HPV 16 /18感染率 ( 7.4% ) (P <0 .0 1) ,以细胞核病理改变为主的宫颈尖锐湿疣中 ,HPV16 /18感染率( 6 6 .7% )明显高于HPV 6 /11感染率 ( 11.1% ) (P <0 .0 1)。结论　宫颈尖锐湿疣的形态与HPV亚型的感染有关。

The Relationship between the Different Types of Cervical Condyloma Acuminatum and Human Papillomavirus Subtypes

Objective To study the relationship between the different types of cervical condyloma acumindtum (CCA) and different human papillomavirus (HPV) subtypes.Methods Using PCR analysed HPV subtypes in 86 cases CCA, using electron microscope observed the ultrapathological change of CCA.Results Infection rate of HPV 6/11 (81.2%) was higher than that of HPV 16/18(8.7%) in the flat type cases(P<0.01);Infection rate of HPV 16/18(64.7%) was higher than that of PHV 6/11(17.6%) in the papilla type cases(P<0.01).In the ultrapathological change,The flat type of CCA showed mainly koilocytosis,differentiation degree was high,the papilla type of CCA showed mainly nuclear atypia,differentiation degree was low.Infection rate of HPV 6/11(83.8%) was significantly higher than that of HPV 16/18(7.4%) in CCA with koilocytosis(P<0.01);Infection rate of HPV 16/18(66.7%) was significantly higher than that of HPV 6/11(11.1%) in CCA with nuclear atypia(P<0.01).Conclusion The diffent types of CCA may be related to the subtypes of HPV infection.
