摘    要:目的:探讨氯化镉(CdCl2)对大鼠附睾组织学和附睾精子参数的影响。方法:20只雄性SD大鼠随机均分为对照组与3个实验组,每组5只动物。实验组分别腹腔注射CdCl2 0.2mg/kg(低剂量组),0.4mg/kg(中剂量组)和0.8mg/kg(高剂量组)×14d,对照组注射等量生理盐水。观察附睾上皮的组织学改变和附睾精子参数变化。结果:低剂量组的附睾上皮未见明显组织学病理改变。随着Cd2+剂量增加,实验组附睾主细胞的胞质疏松明显,胞内空泡化程度加大,核染色质边聚,静纤毛缩短,附睾管腔内的精子明显减少,多见降解的生精细胞。3个剂量组的精子存活率、精子活动率、精子浓度和正常形态精子率均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:CdCl2染毒可导致大鼠附睾组织学损伤性改变,附睾精子参数显著降低,且损伤呈剂量效应。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate changes of epididymal epithelium and sperm parameters in adult rat after CdCl2 exposure. Methods: Twenty male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups. Animals were given solutions containing CdCl2 0 mg/kg (control), 0.2 mg /kg(low dose), 0.4 mg/kg (mid dose), 0.8 mg/kg (high dose) by intraperitoneal injection for 14 d. The change of epithelium in epididymis was observed by histological microscopy. Epididymal sperm vitality, motility, count, and normal sperm morphology were determined. Results: Obvious pathological changes of epididymal epithelium had not been observed in the low dose group. In the middle and high dose groups, principal cells of epididymal epithelium showed obvious vacuolar cytoplasm, shorted stereocillia, and nuclear degenerating aggravation. Epididymal sperm parameters tested had significant decrease in 3 treating groups compared with the control (P<0.01). Many degenerating spermatogenic cells were commonly seen in the lumen in the middle and high dose groups. Conclusions: Pathological changes of epididymal epithelium would occur in male rat after cadmium exposure. And epididymal sperm parameters could decrease significantly. The effects were dosage-related.
