| 摘 要： | 目的探讨运用腹腔镜技术对多脏器外科疾患行联合手术的原则及其临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析我们自2000年1月~2004年10月以来完成的腹腔镜下多脏器联合手术157例的临床资料。结果所有联合手术均在腹腔镜下完成,无中转手术病例,无手术并发症发生,无死亡病例。结论腹部多脏器疾患的腹腔镜联合手术具有多病联治、创伤小、恢复快的特点,拓宽了腹腔镜手术治疗的适应证。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo assess the principles and clinical value of combined laparoscopic surgery in multi-organ surgical diseases.MethodsThe operative procedures and effectiveness of 158 cases who received combined laparoscopic surgery were retrospectively analyzed,which involved in many abdominal organs such as liver,gallbladder,common bile duct,gut,kidney,appendix,groin and so on.ResultsAll cases of combined laparoscopic surgery were successfully performed,without postoperative complications.ConclusionCombined laparoscopic multi-organ surgery in the treatment of abdominal diseases has great advantages of combined treatment in multi-diseases,mild trauma and quick recovery. |
