对社区妇女宫颈癌及筛查认知情况的调查

目的描述30-55岁社区妇女对宫颈癌及其筛查的认知程度。方法在2009年4-6月，通过方便抽样的方法，选择北京市和平里社区30—55岁的妇女100名，使用问卷对研究对象进行认知情况的调查并对结果进行描述和分析。结果30～55岁妇女对宫颈癌及其筛查认识部分得分平均为（6．34±2．77）分。只有38％的研究对象可以做到1—2年检查1次；38％的研究对象曾行巴氏细胞学检查，仅3％的人有定期做宫颈癌筛查的习惯。结论研究对象对宫颈癌及其筛查的认知程度偏低，对宫颈癌的疾病知识、筛查相关知识了解不全面；有预防的意识，但缺乏明确的预防行动。

Investigation of cognitive levels about cervical cancer and it's screening among community women

Objective To describe the cognitive levels about cervical cancer and it' s screening.Methods The investigated result of 100 women from a community in Beijing were analysed by a scale with convenience sampling method. Results The score of cervical cancer and the screening was lower than the average level. Only 38% can have medical checkups within last 2 years. There were also 38% have Palestinian cytology inspection and only 3% have the habit of having medical checkups at the regular intervals. Conclusions Women in community had lower cognitive levels about the cervical cancer and it's screening, and were short of relevance knowledge. They have prevention consciousness without pertinent activity.
