摘    要:目的:探讨大鼠C6脑胶质瘤磁共振成像(MRI)所测某些参数之间的相关性并与细胞密度和血管生成等病理组织学变化进行对照研究.方法:采用立体定向方法在30只雌性Wistar大鼠右侧尾状核接种C6细胞,于接种7,14,21 d行磁共振(MR)平扫及增强扫描.大鼠处死后取脑组织HE染色.在各序列图像上测算肿瘤体积、肿瘤强化程度以及水肿指数(EI),与其病理表现进行对照分析.结果:24只大鼠荷瘤成功,其MR表现与文献报道相似.肿瘤生长(肿瘤体积增大)伴随着细胞密度增加、血管生成增多和瘤周围组织水肿程度加重,肿瘤体积、强化程度和EI之间呈正相关.结论:MRI能够显示大鼠脑胶质瘤的生长状态,所测肿瘤体积、强化程度和EI之间的相关性是肿瘤病理的集中体现.

Abstract:Objective: To explore the correlation between MRI parameters and to compare the MRI parameters and histopathological representations such as cell density and tumor angiogenesis in rat C6 brain gliomas. Methods: Rat model of brain glioma was established by implanting C6 cells into right caudate nucleus of 30 female Wistar rats with stereotactic technique. T1-weighted images (T1WI), T2-weighted images (T2WI), and postcontrast T1WI were performed on day 7, day 14, and day 21 after implantation. HE staining of the rat brain was performed after MRI. The tumor volume, increased enhancement, and edema index (EI) were determined according to MRI images and compared with histopathological representations. Results: The MRI parameters of rat C6 brain gliomas were consistent with those in previously published reports. The cell density and tumor angiogenesis increased with the enlargement of tumor volume. Positive correlations were found between tumor volume, increased enhancement, and EI. Conclusion: MRI could clearly reveal the features of rat C6 brain gliomas. The positive correlations between tumor volume, increased enhancement, and EI determined according to MRI images reflect the histopathological representations in rat C6 brain gliomas.
