运动神经传导速度及H—反射测定在Ⅱ型糖尿病人周围神经损害中的诊断作用

摘    要:本文通过68例Ⅱ型糠尿病人和30例对照组正常人空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白和运动神经传导速度及H—反射的关系研究发现患者正中神经、尺神经、胫神经的运动神经传导速度明显减慢,胫神经的H—反射的时间明显延长,与对照组正常人有极显著性差异(P<0.001),在Ⅱ型糠尿病人周围神经病变的早期诊断中有一定价值。运动神经的传导速度减慢与病人年龄、病程无关,与糠化血红蛋白的升高有一定程度的负相关关系。

Abstract:Through 68 cases of type II diabetes and 30 healthy individuals (control group),the authors have studied the fast blood -glucose,the GHb, the motor nerve conduction velocity and H -reflex test,discovering that the patients' motor nerve conduction velocity of median,ulnar and tibial nerves slows down,and that the H -reflex time of tibial nerves prolongs distinctly. There is a great difference between the control and the patients groups (P<0. 001). The study is valuable for the early diagnosis tc pathologic change of peripheral nerves in type I diabetes. The slower motor nerve conduction velocity is neither related to the patients' age nor to their course of disease, but it shows some negative corrella-tion with the rise of GHb.
