微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定米格列醇中的钯

摘    要:目的:建立原子吸收分光光度法测定米格列醇中钯残留。方法钯空心阴极灯,波长247.6 nm,石墨炉原子化器。结果钯在0.0~140.0μg·L -1范围内线性关系良好,r =0.9983;平均回收率为94.4%,RSD =3.5%(n =6)。结论该方法可用于米格列醇中钯残留的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the determination of Pd in miglitol by graphite furnace atomic absorp-tion spectrometry. Methods Palladium hollow cathode lamp was used. The detection wavelength was 247. 6 nm. Graphite Furnace Atomizer was adopted. Results The linear range of Pd was 0. 0 - 140. 0 μg·L - 1(r = 0. 998 3),the average re-covery was 94. 4% and the RSD was 3. 5%(n = 6). Conclusion This method can be used to determine residual Pd in miglitol.
