抗菌药物信息化管理系统的研发和应用

摘    要:目的 探讨利用抗菌药物信息化管理系统对抗菌药物管理的模式.方法 利用抗菌药物信息化管理系统对抗菌药物进行分线、分级管理,对医师使用抗菌药物的合理性进行全程提醒,各种数据实时动态查询、统计和分析.结果 利用抗菌药物信息化管理系统加强抗菌药物管理后,住院患者抗菌药物使用率由59%下降至47%,门诊抗菌药物使用率由29%下降至18%,Ⅰ类切口围术期预防用药使用率由85%下降至30%,抗菌药物使用强度由65 DDD下降至39 DDD,治疗用抗菌药物微生物学送检率由25%提高至60%,超权限使用抗菌药物由60%下降至0,Ⅰ类切口围术期预防使用抗菌药物合理率由30%提高至90%,门诊合理使用抗菌药物使用率由40%下降至90%.结论 利用抗菌药物信息化管理系统进行抗菌药物管理,取得了明显的管理成效.

Abstract:Objective To explore the use of antibacterial drug information management system for drug management mode. Methods Use of antimicrobial drugs information management system to antibacterial drugs line, line management, physician reasonableness of use of antimicrobial drugs in the whole reminding, real - time tracking, statistics and data analy- sis. Results Using antibacterial drug information management system strengthened antibacterial drug management,hospital patients antibacterial drug using rate by 59% declined to 47% , clinic antibacterial drug using rate by 29% declined to 18%. Type I operative incision during pert -operation period prevention drug using rate by 85% declined to 30% ,anti- bacterial drug using strength by 65 DDD declined to 39 DDD, treatment with antibacterial drug microbiology submission rate by 25% increased to 60% ,Super permission using antibacterial drug by 60% declined to 0. Type I operative incision dur- ing pert - operation period to prevent the use of antibiotics in a reasonable rate increased from 30% to 90% , outpatient ra- tional use of antibiotics use rate dropped to 40% from 90%. Conclusion Uses of antimicrobial drugs antimicrobial man- agement information management system,had achieved significant management results.
