| 摘 要： | 目的 制备复方芩E乳膏,并观察其治疗化妆品皮炎的疗效.方法 建立该制剂的制备及质量控制方法.将60例化妆品皮炎患者随机分成对照组与治疗组进行治疗观察.结果 该制剂工艺可行,质量可控,治疗组总有效率为90.06%,对照组总有效率为35.00%,两组疗效差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）.结论 制剂组方合理,质量稳定可控,治疗化妆品皮炎疗效满意.

| Abstract: | Objective To prepare the compound baicalin and vitamin E,and the curative effect in cosmetic dermatitis was observed. Methods Establish the preparation and method of quality control,60 patients were randomly divided into ex- perimental group and control,and the curative effects of two groups were observed. Results The preparation process was feasible, and the quality was controllable. The total effective rate was 90. 06% in experimental group and 35.00% in control group, which was significant different （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The quality was stable and controllable, and the curative effect in cosmetic dermatitis was satisfying. |
