摘    要:多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFAs)为人体必需脂肪酸,与人体健康密切相关,其中主要分为n-6和n-3两大类,在哺乳动物中n-6和n-3不能自身合成,只能通过饮食获取。人体内n-6/n-3 PUFAs比例均衡,是人类保持健康的一个重要组成部分。为了研究n-6/n-3 PUFAs的比例在疾病中的预防作用,研究者培育了可自身将体内n-6转化为n-3的fat-1转基因小鼠,解决了以往研究PUFAs只能通过对动物喂养富含n-3和n-6饲料的不便。因而,fat-1小鼠可以作为一种理想的动物模型去研究在不改变饮食结构的状态下,体内的n-6/n-3 PUFAs比例的生物学作用。本文将对fat-1转基因小鼠的研究现状进行综述。

Abstract:Polyunsaturated fatty acids ( PUFAs ) as essential fatty acids, closely related to human health, which is divided into n -6 and n -3. In mammals n -6 and n -3 can not be synthesized in the body and hence, have to be obtained in di- et. It is very important to balance ratio of n - 6/n - 3 in vivo. In order to study the ratio of n - 6/n - 3 PUFAs preventive role in disease,the researchers generated a fat - 1 transgenic mouse which was capable of converting n -6 to n -3 fatty acid,and PUFAs can only be solved by previous studies on animal feed rich in n - 3 and n - 6 inconvenience feed. Thus, this model allowed well - controlled studies to be performed, without the interference of the potential confounding factors of diet. The transgenic mice were being used widely and emerging as a new tool for studying the benefits of n - 6/n - 3 PUFAs and the molecular mechanisms of their action. This review summarized the status about fat - 1 transgenic mice.
