HS - SPME - GC/MS 分析蝙蝠蛾拟青霉发酵菌粉的挥发性成分

摘    要:目的:对蝙蝠蛾拟青霉发酵菌粉的挥发性成分进行分析。方法采用顶空固相微萃取与气相色谱质谱法(HS - SPME - GC/ MS)分析蝙蝠蛾拟青霉发酵菌粉中挥发性物质的成分。结果共鉴定出48种化学成分,其中吡嗪类和醛类化合物相对含量最高,占总量的46.7%和44.4%。蝙蝠蛾拟青霉发酵菌粉的主要挥发性物质为2-甲基丁醛(29.41%)、3-乙基-2,5-二甲基吡嗪(9.19%)、异丁醛(6.57%)、2,5-二甲基吡嗪(5.96%)、2-乙基-6-甲基吡嗪(5.35%)、2-乙基-5-甲基吡嗪(4.35%)和2-乙基3-甲基吡嗪(4.08%)。结论 HS -SPME - GC/ MS 技术可以作为分析蝙蝠蛾拟青霉发酵菌粉挥发性成分分析的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective Volatile compounds of Paecilomyces hepiali in submerged culture were analyzed. Methods Volatile compounds of Paecilomyces hepiali in submerged culture were collected by headspace solid phase micro - extration (HS - SPME),and separated and identified by gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC/ MS). Results A total of iden-tified 48 kinds of chemicals,pyrazine and the highest relative content,aldehyde compounds accounted for 46. 7% and 44. 4%of the total. 48 species of chemical compounds in the powder were identified,including 2 - methyl - butanal(29. 41% ),3 -ethyl - 2,5 - dimethyl - pyrazine(9. 19% ),2 - methyl - propanal(6. 57% ),2,5 - dimethyl - pyrazine(5. 96% ),2 -ethyl - 6 - methyl - pyrazine(5. 35% ),2 - ethyl - 5 - methyl - pyrazine(4. 35% )and 2 - ethyl - 3 - methyl - pyrazine (4. 08% ). Conclusion HS - SPME - GC/ MC was an effective method for identifying volatile compounds in Paecilomyces hepiali in submerged culture.
