摘 要: | 目的 建立金菊五花茶颗粒中芦丁和蒙花苷的含量测定方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Eclipse XDB-C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇(A)-乙腈(B)-0.1%磷酸溶液(C),梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长334 nm;柱温30℃.结果 芦丁线性范围在21.22~339.58μg,r=0.999 4,样品加样平均回收率为100.0%(RSD=1.10%);蒙花苷线性范围在1.75 ~ 28.08μg,r =0.999 3,样品加样平均回收率为99.2%(RSD=1.17%).结论 该方法简便、准确,可用于制剂的质量控制.

Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determining the contents of rutin and linarin in Jinju Wuhuacha Gran- ules by HPLC Methods An Eclipse XDB - C18 column(4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) was used with methanol(A) - aceto- nitrile(B) - 0.1% phosphoric acid(C) as the mobile phase The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min ^-1, and the UV - detection wavelength was set at 334 nm,column temperature st 30 ℃ Results The calibration craves for turin between 21.22 and 339.58 μg(r=0.999 4) and for linarin between 1.75 and 28.08 μg(r=0.999 3) were linear Recoveries were 100.0% with RSD 1.10% for rutin and 99.2% with RSD 1.17% for linarin. Conclusion The lnethod was silnple and reliable for the quality control of Jinjuwuhuaeha Granules. |
