摘    要:目的 建立依诺沙星胶囊的溶出度测定方法.方法 采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以0.025mol·L^-1磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调节pH至3.0)-甲醇-乙腈(80:10:10)为流动相,检测波长为269 nm;分别采用HPLC法和药典规定的紫外对照品对照法测定依诺沙星胶囊的溶出度.结果 依诺沙星在5~ 200 μg·mL^-1范围内线性良好(r =0.999 9,n=6),回收率为100.6%,RSD=0.6%.结论 本方法准确、灵敏、重现性好、可行.

Determination of the dissolution of Enoxacin Capsules by HPLC

Abstract:Objective To establish the assay method of dissolution test on Enoxacin Capsules. Methods A Phe- nomenex C18 Column was used with the mobile phase of 0. 025 mol·L^-1 phosphoric acid ( pH was adjusted to 3 with trieth- ylalnine ) - lnethanol - acetonitrile ( 80:10:10). The determination wavelength was 269 nm. The method of HPLC and the method of UV was compared. Results The Enoxacin Capsules was linear within the concentration range of 5 ~ 200μg · mL ^-1(r=0. 999 9,n=6). The average recovery was 100.6% and RSD was 0.6%. Conclusion The result shows that the method was accurat, reliable, recurrent well, and can be used for the quality control.
