原发性肝癌中Fas表达及其与细胞凋亡的关系

目的：研究Fas蛋白在肝癌组织中的表达和意义，探讨Fas蛋白与细胞凋亡的关系。方法：应用SABC免疫组织化学染色方法和脱氧核糖核酸末端转移酶介导的缺口末端标记(TUNEL)技术，对41例肝癌组织中Fas蛋白、凋亡细胞表达进行原位观察和比较。结果：肝癌中Fas蛋白阳性率为31．71％，癌旁肝硬化Fas阳性率80．00％，癌细胞Fas表达较癌旁显著减少，肝癌组织Fas表达与性别、肿瘤大小、组织分级无关，Fas基因表达与门静脉癌栓发生率呈负相关。Fas表达阳性的肝癌组织细胞凋亡指数明显高于Fas蛋白表达阴性组。结论：Fas／FasL系统在原发性肝癌肿瘤免疫逃避中起重要作用，Fas蛋白在原发性肝癌门静脉癌栓形成中作用值得进一步研究。

The expression of Fas and its relationship with apoptosis in hepatocellular carcinoma

Purpose:To study the expression of Fas and signifiance in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC),to inquire into the relation between Fas protein and apoptosis.Methods:The expression of Fas and apoptosis were detected by observing the immunohistochemical dyeing and in situ terminal deoxynucleotide transferase labeling of 41 specimens of HCC.Results:The positive expression ratio of Fas was 31.71%,while that in paracancerous cirrhosis tissue was 80%.The expression ratio of Fas in HCC was significantly less than that in paracancerous tissue, The expression of Fas had no relationship with sex,HCC size and histological grade. The expression of Fas was adversely related with the emboli in portal vein.The apoptotic indices in Fas positive group was higher than Fas negative group.Conclusions:The expression of Fas plays an important role in embli in portal vein of HCC, Fas protein might be a parameter in prognosis in HCC. Fas protein plays a role in regulating apoptosis in HCC.
