| 摘 要： | 目的:观察转移因子和卡介菌多糖核酸佐治小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效,并进行对比。方法:将诊断为反复呼吸道感染的患儿89例随机分为三组:对照组30例,转移因子组29例,卡介菌多糖核酸组30例。对照组给予一般常规治疗,不加用任何免疫调节剂;转移因子组在一般常规治疗基础上给予转移因子3 mg每周肌肉注射2次,疗程1个月;卡介菌多糖核酸组在一般常规治疗基础上给予卡介菌多糖核酸注射液每次肌肉注射1 mL,隔日1次,用药18次为1个疗程。结果:转移因子组(86.2%)和卡介菌多糖核酸组(93.3%)总有效率明显高于对照组(50.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.85、13.87,P均<0.05);转移因子组和卡介菌多糖核酸组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.82,P>0.05),但卡介菌多糖核酸组显效率(60.0%)明显高于转移因子组(27.6%)(χ2=6.28,P<0.05)。结论:卡介菌多糖核酸及转移因子治疗反复呼吸道感染均有效,值得临床使用及推广。
