| 摘 要： | 目的:观察小剂量红霉素对极低出生体重儿喂养不耐受的治疗效果.方法:将52例极低出生体重儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各26例.治疗组用小剂量红霉素静脉滴注,疗程7 d,对照组采用体位疗法.结果:治疗组总有效率为92.30%,对照组总有效率为 61.53%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:小剂量红霉素静脉滴注治...
