| 摘 要： | 介入治疗被认为是原发性肝癌非手术疗法中的首选方法。肝癌介入治疗可分为经皮经血管治疗技术和经皮非血管治疗技术．主要为经肝动脉途径化疗栓塞和影像导向下的消融治疗。介入治疗在原发性肝癌治疗中的合理应用。可以大大提高治疗效果，对部分原发性肝癌非常有效。介入治疗是一种安全有效的技术，要综合灵活应用，也可以作为肝脏外科手术的辅助治疗方法．建立一个合理的治疗程式是非常必要的。

| Abstract: | Interventional procedure for primary hepatic carcinoma (PHC) is regarded as the first choice of nonsurgical treatments. It consists of percutaneous intravascular and nonvascular therapy. The main methods include transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) and several tumor ablation techniques under image guidance. The reasonable application of interventional procedure can improve the prognosis for patients diagnosed with primary liver cancer, and it is especially effective for some kinds of PHC. It is an easy and safe method available for treatment of complications of PHC, and should also be helpful for liver surgery. Establishing a reasonable therapeutic procedure for PHC is very much needed. |
