bcl-6及p53在小B细胞淋巴瘤中的表达及意义

目的 :探讨小B细胞淋巴瘤中bcl 6、p5 3的表达及意义。方法 :对 34例小B细胞淋巴瘤进行bcl 6和p5 3的免疫组化S P法检测。结果 :bcl 6阳性率 35 3% (12 / 34) ,且全部表达于滤泡中心细胞性淋巴瘤 (12 / 12 ) ,与其他组类型小B细胞性淋巴瘤比较差异有极显著意义 ,P <0 0 0 1。p5 3蛋白阳性率 2 6 5 % (9/ 34) ,其中滤泡中心细胞性淋巴瘤为 4 1 7% (5 / 12 ) ,小淋巴细胞性淋巴瘤为 17 6 % (3/17) ,淋巴浆细胞性淋巴瘤为 33 3% (1/ 3) ,而套细胞淋巴瘤阴性为 0 (0 / 2 ) ,各组间比较差异无显著意义。结论 :bcl 6可作为滤泡中心细胞性淋巴瘤的特异标志而区别于其他类型小B细胞淋巴瘤 ;p5 3的异常表达在这一组恶性淋巴瘤中无类型倾向性 ;可能有多种基因异常参与了这一组疾病的发生发展

Expression and Significance of bcl-6 and p53 in Small B-cell Lymphomas

Objective To probe into the expression and significance of bcl 6 and p53 in small B cell lymphomas.Methods Bcl 6 and p53 protein were detected with immunohistochemisty in 34 cases of small B cell lymphomas.Results The positive rate of bcl 6 was 35 3%(12/34),and follicular lymphoma (FL) shared all the positive case.The positive rate of p53 was 26 5%(9/34),and FL accounted for 41 7%(5/12),small lymphocytic leukemia/chronic lymphocytic lymphoma accounted for 17 6% (3/17),lymphoplasmolymphoma shared 33 3%(1/3),while mantle cell lymphoma was negative(0/2),and there was no significance among those groups in general.Conclusions bcl 6 may be a useful marker for identifying FL from other small B cell lymphomas.p53 expression has no tendency in small B cell lymphomas and several gene alterations contribute to the pathogenesis of this kind of special lymphoma.
