| Abstract: | The article describes a successful operation for hemodynamic correction of anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary trunk which was carried out for the first time in the Soviet Union. Experience in such operations according to the data in world literature is analysed. The authors point out the peculiarities of recognizing anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary trunk in "asymptomatic" patients with no classical manifestations of the anomaly. |
