| 摘 要： | 目的 观察血塞通软胶囊治疗偏头痛的有效性和安全性。方法 将偏头痛80例随机分为两组：治疗组40例，服血塞通软胶囊2粒，3次／d；对照组40例，每晚睡前服西比灵5rag，连服28d。结果 治疗组总有效率为92．5％，对照组总有效率为70％，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．01），且不良反应少。在改善脑血管状况、血液流变学指标方面治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论 血塞通软胶囊治疗偏头痛是安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic efficiency and safety of Xuesaitong capsule in treating hemicrania.Methods 80 patients were randomized into control group,treatment group.With 40 patients in each group,one group was treated with Xuesaitong capsule,and a second group was treated with Sibelium.Results The total response rates of treatment group was 92.5%,the total response rates of control group was 70%,the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.01)and the adverse reactions of treatment group were uncommon.The treatment group was better than control group in improving cerebrovascular function and hemorrheology parameters.Conclusion Xuesaitong capsule is safe and effective in treating hemicrania. |
