| 摘 要： | 对子宫肌瘤患者按改良筋膜内子宫切除术及经腹筋膜外全子宫切除术两种术式进行分层随机抽样，各取３０例进行临床对照分析。结果试验组术中出血量及手术时间明显低于对照组，Ｐ〈０．０１，术后７２小时内阴道排出物主要为淡黄液体，出血少；手术应用抗生素总量少，时间短，术后住院时间明显短于对照组。

| Abstract: | A stratified randomzed study was used to investigate the modified intrafascial hysterectomy (cases group,n=30)and complete abdominal hysterectomy(controls group,n=30)in patients with leiomyoma.In the modified intrafascial hysterectomy group,the mean intraoperative blood decrease was significantly less and the operative time was shorter.The number of pstients recewing single prophylactic dose of antibiotics was significantly higher in the cases group,but febrile morbidity was similar in both groups of patients and the postoperative hospital stay was shorter in the cases group modified inerafascial hysterectomy removed the body and the cervical mocusa and the glands,and on the basis of preservaton the structure and blood supply of the pelvic floor and vagina,the routine use of modified intrafascial hysterectomy in treatment for leiomyoma was highly recommended. |
