| 摘 要： | 目的：研究Wallerian变性的MRI表现，提高诊断正确率。方法：结合原发性脑损伤的发生情况，对27例Wallerian变性的MRI资料进行分析。结果：27例中7例原发性脑损伤后15－24周患者，Wallerian变性分别表现为同侧放射冠，内囊后肢，大脑脚和脑桥基底部的T2WI高信号区，20例原发性脑损伤后1．5－7年患者，Wallerian变性表现为同侧脑干 萎缩，结论：MRI是诊断Wallerian变性的可靠方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate MRI manifestations of Wallerian degeneration and improve the diagnostic accuracy. Methods: The MRI findings of Wallerian degeneration in 27 cases were analyzed in association with the primary intracranial lesions. Results: Hyperintensity regions on T 2WI were demonstrated in the ipsilateral corona radiata, posterior limb of internal capsule, cerebral peduncle and ventral pons in 7 patients 15 to 24 weeks after the primary insult, and atrophy of the ipsilateral brainstem was demonstrated in 20 cases 1.5 to 7 years after the primary insult. Conclusion: MRI is valuable in the diagnosis of Wallerian degeneration. |
