后房型人工晶状体植入术后低视力分析

目的：分析后房型人工晶状体术后低视力的主要原因及处理方式，方法：回顾分析了414眼术后低视力的发生率及主要并发症，结果：术后一周低视力的发生率为32．26％，术后三月为17．85％，术后一周自身眼疾导致的低视力占低视力患28．12％，余均与手术并发症有关。结论：后房型人工晶状体植入术效果肯定，但手术并发症是导致术后低视力的主要因素，减少手术并发症的关键是医师基本功的训练及手术方式的改进。

Analysis of low vision after posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation

Objective To analyze the cause of low vision after posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation and treatment.Methods Postoperatively,the incidence of 414 eyes with low vision and the main complications were analyzed retrosepectively.Results Postoperatively,the incidence of low vision was 32.26% after 1 week,it was 17.85% after 3 months,28.12% low vision was attributed to self-caused eyes,others were relevant to complications.Conclusions The effect of the posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation was positive,but the surgical complications were the main factors for the postoperative low vision.the key to reducinng the complication rate was the doctors basic training and the improvement of surgical technigues.
