综合性护理干预对脑卒中患者负性情绪的矫治效果

目的 探讨综合性临床护理干预对脑卒中患者负性情绪的矫治效果,为临床护理提供依据.方法 将80例脑卒中伴焦虑抑郁情绪障碍患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例.对照组给予脑血管病常规药物治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上则给予为期4周的以健康信念模式教育、音乐疗法以及家庭情感支持疗法为综合措施的护理干预.采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、症状自评量表、神经功能缺陷量表和日常生活能力量表作为评价工具.结果 入组时,所有量表评分两组间均无显著性差异(P＞0.05),干预4周后,两组各量表测评评分均存在显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论 综合性临床护理干预能改善脑卒中患者的负性情绪,促进神经功能康复,提高生活质量,具有一定的临床应用价值.

Effect of the clinical nurse interposition model on cerebral stroke with negative emotion

Objective To diseuss the correct effect of the comprehensive clinical nume interposition on cerebral stroke with negative emotion,and supply the basis for clinical nurse.Methods 80 case of cerebral stroke with negative emotion were divided into study group and control group.Control group was given the blood vessel of brain heal with drugs and nurse.Study group was given the comprehensive nurse interposition with the education of health conviction modeling,the music treatment and the family sentimental treatment for 4 weeks.The effects were evaluated by SAS,SDS,SCL-90,ADL and the neural functional defect rating scale.Results The scores of all these scales were no different before study,but the difference were significant after 4 weeks.Conclusions The comprehensive clinical nurse interposition could improve negative emotion of cerebral stroke,disorder,promote norve function rehabilitation and raise the living quality.It has certain clinical application value.
