Luci-Sof软衬材料对全口义齿满意度影响的临床研究

目的　探讨Luci-Sof热固化型硅橡胶软衬材料对全口义齿满意度的影响。方法　选择 2 0例下牙槽嵴条件差的无牙颌患者 ,各制作 1件上半口义齿和 2件与上颌义齿相匹配的下半口义齿 ,其中之一使用Luci-Sof软衬材料 ,问卷调查患者使用义齿 3个月的满意度 ,结果用自身配对t检验统计分析。结果　使用软衬材料与否 ,全口义齿使用 3个月的总满意度差别有显著性 ,在各单项满意度中 ,外观和语言的差别无显著性 ,咀嚼能力、稳定性和舒适感的差别有显著性。结论　Luci-Sof软衬材料可提高全口义齿满意度。

Effect of Luci - Sof Soft Denture Liner on Satisfaction of Complete Denture

Objective To investigate the effect of heat-cured silicone soft denture liner (Luci-Sof) on satisfaction of complete denture. Methods 20 edentulous patients with bad condition of mandibular residual ridge treated with complete denture were employed to assess the differences of satisfaction after Luci-Sof was used in mandibular denture three months. The satisfaction was tested by a questionnaire and the statistical analysis was carried out by t-test. Results Whether Luci-Sof used in mandibular denture three months or not, satisfaction of complete denture was statistically different. Among five items of satisfaction, mastication, stability and comfort were significantly improved whereas appearance and speaking were not significantly change. Conclusion Luci-Sof can be used to improve the satisfaction of complete denture.
