摘    要:目的:研究人参皂苷Rg1在大鼠体内的代谢情况,阐述人参皂苷Rg1在大鼠体内的代谢产物。方法:以人参皂苷Rg1的微生物转化产物为对照品,采用LC—ESI—MS/MS方法,检测大鼠体内的代谢产物。结果:在大鼠体内共检测到6个代谢产物,并利用对照品鉴定了它们的结构。结论:表明微生物转化和体内代谢具有相似性;

Abstract:Objective:In order to systemically study the metabolisms of ginsenoside Rg_1 in rats in vivo.Meth- ods:The microbial transformation metabolites of ginsenoside Rg_1 were used as standard references.LC-ESI-MS/MS a- nalysis was used in the metabolism studies of ginsenoside Rg_1 in rats.Results:The structures of six metabolites of gin- senoside Rg_1 in rat urine,bile and feces were identified with the reference standards separated from biotransformation.
