| 摘 要： | 目的：研究人参皂苷Rg1在大鼠体内的代谢情况，阐述人参皂苷Rg1在大鼠体内的代谢产物。方法：以人参皂苷Rg1的微生物转化产物为对照品，采用LC—ESI—MS／MS方法，检测大鼠体内的代谢产物。结果：在大鼠体内共检测到6个代谢产物，并利用对照品鉴定了它们的结构。结论：表明微生物转化和体内代谢具有相似性； |
