| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声刀在腹腔镜肠粘连松解时的应用意义。方法回顾分析108例腹腔镜治疗粘连性肠梗阻时超声刀的应用资料，并与同期120例开放法肠粘连松解术比较。结果除10例因需辅助小切口处理外，其余98例均在腹腔镜下完成粘连松解；与开腹手术相比，腹腔镜手术平均手术时间短，术中出血量、并发症少。结论超声刀在腹腔镜治疗粘连性肠梗阻时创伤小，出血少，术后恢复快，安全、有效、可行，可在临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect and value of harmonic scalpel in laparoscopic treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods The clinical data of 108 patients with harmonic scalpel and laparoscopic treatment （Group 1） and 120 cases treated by open laparotomy （Group 2） were analysed retrospectively. Results Except 10 cases that needed little incision,all the other cases in Group 1 were successfully implemented harmonic scalpel and laparoscopic treatment. Compared with Group 2, the operation time was shorter and the bleeding was less in Group 1. Conclusion The use of harmonic scalpel in laparoscopic treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction is safe, effective, and feasible clinically with less bleeding and quicker postoperative recovery. |
