超声心动图在Amplatzer封堵器治疗室间隔缺损中的价值

目的：评估超声心动图在室间隔缺损(VSD)封堵术术前、术中的应用价值。方法：12例膜部VSD的患者，超声检查符合条件而准备行经导管VSD封堵术。术前超声心动图用不同切面测量VSD的大小。术中监视封堵器所在的位置，是否牢固夹闭室间隔。观察封堵器周周有无分流。结果：超声心动图术前检测VSD的大小与临床所选封堵器的大小相匹配。彩色血流图示封堵器腰部与室间隔边缘处无分流。所有封堵器封堵牢固，无脱落。结论：超声心动图用于VSD术前检查及术中指导VSD封堵是一种简便、可行的方法。

Echocardiographic Value for Ventricular Septal Defect Using Amplatzer Occluder

Objective:To evaluate the echocardiographic value on measurement of ventricular septal defect(VSD)before occlusion and during occlusion operation.Methods:Twelwe patients with VSD who were prepared for transcatheter VSD closure underwent echocardiography.The size of VSD were measrued in different echocardiographic sections before operation.During operation of occlusion the positions of occlusion were monitored.Whether the VSD was occluded firmly,the peripheral residual shunts around the occlusion were observed by Color Doppler imaging.Results:Sizes of VSD were measured by echocardiography before occlurion to match with the clinical selected occluders.Color Doppler Flow Imaging being displayed,there was no shunt between the occluders and ventricular septal margin.All the occluders were fixed tightly and none of them fell off.Conclusions:VSD occlusion guided by echocardiography before and during operation is a simple and feasible method.
