摘    要:目的观察清醒家兔右侧颈上神经节 (superior cervical ganglion,SCG)兴奋对脑功能的影响. 方法电刺激家兔右侧 SCG 1 h,分别观察刺激期间及停刺激后 2 h内家兔双侧脑血流量 (cerebral blood flow,CBF)、大脑皮质躯体感觉诱发电位 (somatosensory evoked potentials,SEP)变化,每隔 20 min记录 1次. 结果 刺激期间同侧各时间点的 CBF均显著低于前对照( F=14.37922,P< 0.001);其中刺激停止后 20,40,60,80 min与前对照差异有显著性意义( F=14.379 22,P< 0.05);刺激停止后 100、 120 min与前对照差异有非常显著性意义( F=14.379 22,P< 0.001);对侧各时间点的 CBF与前对照相比差异均无显著性意义.同侧 SEP P波振幅在刺激及停刺激期间各时间点均显著低于前对照( F=3.955,P< 0.001);对侧 P波振幅与前对照相比除在停刺激后 60,80 min时显著低于对照( F=2.002,P< 0.05)外,其余各时间点的 P波振幅均非常显著低于对照( F=2.002,P< 0.01).双侧各时间点记录的 P波潜伏期与前对照相比差异均无显著性意义. 结论一侧 SCG兴奋可以影响脑功能的活动.

Abstract:AIM:To observe the changes of brain functions following stimulation on rabbit right superior cervical ganglion. METHODS:To detect the changes of cerebral blood flow(CBF), somatomsensory evoked potentials(SEP) during the period of stimulation and in 2 h after stimulation by recording the CBF and SEP every 20 min. RESULTS:The right CBF were significantly less than that of the control CBF during the period of stimulation(F=14.37922,P< 0.001 and at the recording time after stimulation such as 20,40,60 and 80 min,(F=14.37922,P< 0.05)100 and 120 min(F=14.37922,P< 0.001).No significantly difference was detected between the left CBF and pre-control CBF.The swing of right SEP P wave was significantly less than the pre-control at every recording time(F=3.955,P< 0.001).The swing of left SEP P wave was also significantly less than the pre-control(F=2.002,P< 0.0160) at every recording time except at 60 and 80 min after stimulation(F=2.002,P< 0.05).However,no significantly difference between the latency of P wave at every time point and that of control in both side. CONCLUSION:The brain function could be affected by the stimulation on the one-side superior cervical ganglion.
