摘    要:目的:掌握城市蚊、蝇对常用卫生杀虫剂的抗性发展情况;为合理使用杀虫剂提供科学依据,确保杀灭效果;方法:圆筒接触法和点滴法;结果:南京地区1994—2000年蚊、蝇对四种杀虫剂的抗性均有不同程度提高,以氯菊酯抗性提高最为显著,淡色库蚊为11.95倍,家蝇为8.13倍。其次是溴氰菊酯,淡色库蚊为7.33倍,家蝇为5.36倍,其中仲丁威提高较为缓慢;结论:为合理使用杀虫剂,提高其灭蚊蝇的效果,对已产生较高抗性的溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯,应在一定时间内停止使用或与其它药剂轮换使用,以便抑制和延缓抗性的发展。

Abstract:Objective: To invesigate the situation of resistance development of mosquito and housefly to the common hygienic insecticides, to provide scientific basis for insecticide rational application in order to get good efficacy. Methods: Round canister contact method and topical application method. Results: The resistance from 1994 to 2000 in Nanjing area were increased in varying degree.The resistance to permethrin was the highest: 11.95X(R/S) for Culex pipiens pallens and 8.13X for Mm-ca domestica; Deltamethrin was the second: 7.33X for Culex pipiens pallens and 5.36X for Musca domestica and the resistance to DDVP and BPMC were slowly increased a litter bit. Conclusion: It is necessary to stop using permethrin and deltamethrin which are high resistant to Nanjing mosquito and housefly in certain time or the use of mixtures/rotation system in order to suppress and delay the development of resistance, make the rational insecticide application and improve its efficacy for control of mosquito and housefly.
