| 摘 要： | 用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)对骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS),阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿(PNH)患者及正常人外周血进行红细胞膜蛋白电泳,发现 MDS 及 PNH 患者红细胞膜蛋白组分均有异常。在 PNH 红细胞膜蛋白电泳图谱上的4.2～4.9之间出现额外条带;MDS 患者红细胞膜蛋白的区带3,其波峰明显低于正常,且 S_(1+2)/S_3值高于正常。此法有可能成为临床诊断这些疾病的指标之一。

| Abstract: | The component of RBC membrane proteins from patients of myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS)and paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria(PNH)and normal persons were examined by SDS-PAGE. The result showed that there was abnormal membrane protein on RBC of the patients.In PNH pa- tients,the electrophoretogram of RBC membrane proteins showed extra bands between 4.2 and 4.9. In MDS patients,the scanning peak of protein band Ⅲ was obviously lower than that of normal per- sons,and the value of S_(1+2)/S_3 was higher than that of normal ones.Hence,it is possible that the elec- trophoretic analysis of RBC membrane protein that the electrophoretic analysis of RBC membtane pro- tein can serve as one of the clinic indicators for diagnosing MDS and PNH. |
