大理州各级医疗机构消毒效果监测

为了解各级医疗机构消毒工作质量及存在问题,对各级医疗机构的现场及物品进行了监测和调查。结果, 5年来消毒总合格率 72. 54%,地州级医疗机构合格率 90. 42%,个体医疗机构合格率 68. 56%。医院内部科室中化验室合格率 62. 89%,环境中空气合格率 58. 72%。结论,不同级别医疗机构中乡村级及个体医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量处于较低水平,医院内部各类环境的消毒效果存在差异。

MONITORING OF DISINFECTION EFFICACY OF MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS AT VARIOUS LEVELS IN DALI PREFECTURE

In order to know the quality of disinfection work in medical institutions at various levels and existing problems, the environment and articles of medical institutions at various levels were monitored and investigated. Results: The total eligible rate of disinfection in 5 years was 72.54%, the eligible rate of medical institutions at prefecture and county levels was 90.42% and that of privete medical institutions was 68.56%. Among the various departments in hospitals, the eligible rate of clinical laboratory was 62.89% and that of the environmental air was 58.72%. Conclusions: Among the medical institutions at various levels, the quality of disinfection and sterilization in village-level and private medical institutions was at low level. The disinfection efficacy of various environments in hospitals was different.
