| 摘 要： | 目的探讨优质护理服务对慢性精神分裂症患者的影响。方法对40例慢性精神分裂症患者在优质护理服务实施前和3个月后分别进行护理服务满意度、护理质控指标、精神分裂症患者生活质量量表（SQLS中文版）、住院精神患者社会功能评定量表（SsPI）评分并进行对照研究。结果经过3个月的优质护理服务干预，护理服务满意度、基础护理合格率、慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量明显改善，其中SQLS中心理社会分量表、动力和精力分量表明显提高，且差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。SSPI中日常生活能力（因子Ⅰ）及动性和社会交往情况（因子Ⅱ）也明显改善，且差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论实施优质护理服务能提高服务满意度和基础护理质量，改善慢性精神分裂症患者的生活质量和社会功能，促进其康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of quality nursing care on the patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods 40 patients of chronic schizophrenia were recruited into the group. They were given care services satisfaction questionnaire, care and quality control index, SQLS, SSPI before and after carrying out quality nursing care after 3 months. Results After 3 months, care services satisfaction, basic nursing pass rate, patients＇ quality of life have improved significant- ly. Psychosocial scale and power and energy scale of SOLS have improved significantly, difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Factor I and II of SSPI have aim improved significantly （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions Carrying out quality nursing care can raise service satisfaction and the quali- ty of basic nursing, improve the quality of life and social function of patients with chronic schizophrenia, promote their recovery. |
