舒适护理在妇科腹腔镜手术患者围术期应用的护理体会

目的探讨舒适护理对妇科腹腔镜手术患者并发症及舒适度的影响。方法将120例妇科腹腔镜患者按照随机、双盲、对照的方法分为观察组和对照组各60例，对照组采用妇科手术围术期常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上实施舒适护理，比较2组的护理效果。结果观察组麻醉前的血压和心率显著低于对照组（P〈O．05）。观察组术前焦虑程度、术后疼痛程度显著小于对照组，术后并发症显著少于对照组，护理质量满意度显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论舒适护理可提高妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后的舒适度，减少并发症的发生，促进恢复。

Nursing experience of comfortable nursing in perioperative period of patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery

Objective 10 explore the influence ot comtortable nursing on compncatlons ana comforts for patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 120 gynecologic laparoseopy patients were divided into observation and control groups according to the randomized, double- blind and control methods, and each group contained 60 patients. The control group re- ceived conventional perioperative nursing, while the observation group received comfortable nursing in addition to the conventional nursing of the control group. The nursing effects were compared be- tween two groups. Results Blood pressure and heart rate before anesthesia of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Preoperative anxiety level and postoperative pain degree of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group. Postoperative complications of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group. The satisfaction of nursing quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion comfortable nursing can improve postoper- ative comfort in patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery, reduce complications and promote recovery.
