替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胃癌临床研究

目的探讨替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效及毒副反应。方法92例胃癌患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，各46例。治疗组给予替吉奥联合奥沙利铂方案治疗；对照组给予5-氟尿嘧啶（5-Fu）、亚叶酸钙联合奥沙利铂方案治疗。观察2组近期临床疗效与不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率为47．8％，对照组总有效率为26．1％，2组治疗总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组恶心呕吐发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），白细胞减少、贫血、血小板减少、腹泻、口腔黏膜炎、外周神经炎、肝功能异常等不良反应发生率无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胃癌近期疗效较好，不良反应轻。

Clinical research of tegafur combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and toxicity of tegafur combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods Ninety- two patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 46） and control group （ n = 46）. The treatment group received tegafur combined oxaliplatin treatment, and the control group re- ceived 5 fluorouracil （5-FU）, calcium folinate and oxaliplatin regimen. Short-term clinical efficacies and adverse events of the two groups were observedResults The total effective rate was 47.8 % in the treatment group, and 26.1% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Adverse effects of nausea and vomiting were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Other adverse reactions showed no significant difference （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Tegafur combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric can- cer has good effect with less adverse events.
